Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- COD and Partial COD orders are not eligible for refunds- Only credit notes will be issued for such orders.
- Refunds are available only for full prepaid orders only.
- Request within 7 days of delivery.
- A ₹150 reverse pickup & processing fee applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- International orders are non-refundable.
- Address changes are chargeable at ₹150.
- Products purchased under BUY 2 GET 1 offers or promotions above 25% off are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchange for any other product of your choice or opt for store credit with lifetime validity.
- In case of customer dissatisfaction, the product may be exchanged.
- In case of damage during transit, the product will be exchanged.
Manufacturing Defects
- Report manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Same-Day Mumbai Delivery: ₹250 (available at checkout).
- International Delivery: 15–20 working days via India Post/DHL.
