Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

•⁠  ⁠Request within 7 days of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠A ₹150 reverse pickup & processing fee applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
•⁠  ⁠International orders are non-refundable.
•⁠  ⁠Address changes are chargeable at ₹150.
•⁠  ⁠Products purchased under BUY 2 GET 1 offers or promotions above 25% off are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exchanges & Store Credit

•⁠  ⁠Exchange for any other product of your choice or opt for store credit with lifetime validity.
•⁠  ⁠In case of customer dissatisfaction, the product may be exchanged.
•⁠  ⁠In case of damage during transit, the product will be exchanged.

Manufacturing Defects

•⁠  ⁠Report manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Return Conditions

•⁠  ⁠Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Information

•⁠  ⁠Free Shipping: 1–2 working days within Mumbai, 5–7 working days outside Mumbai.
•⁠  ⁠Express Shipping: ₹250 (available at checkout).
•⁠  ⁠Same-Day Mumbai Delivery: ₹250 (available at checkout).
•⁠  ⁠International Delivery: 15–20 working days via India Post/DHL.
•⁠  ⁠International Shipping: ₹2,877 per parcel. Any customs duties or taxes must be borne by the customer.
