Shipping policy

1. Shipping Information

a. Free shipping: 1–2 working days within Mumbai and 5–7 working days outside Mumbai.

b. Express shipping — ₹250: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days for orders placed before 1 PM IST. Select at checkout.

c. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Delivery delays, including express-delivery delays, do not qualify for shipping-fee refunds.

d. International shipping — ₹2,877 per parcel: Estimated delivery within 15–20 working days via India Post or DHL. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

 

2. Same day delivery

a. Orders raised before 4pm for same day delivery are sent by porter and typically reach before 9pm on the day of placing order.

b. Orders placed on public holidays and Sundays do not qualify for same day delivery in Mumbai.

c. Vashi, Thane, Mira Road, Virar, Vasai, Alibaug do not qualify for Mumbai same day delivery.

d. Same day delivery can be attempted only once as cannot be held accountable for time specific deliveries.

e. Same day delivery shipping is refundable only incase it hasn't been dispatched by Soul Works.

f. Address changes for same day delivery are chargeable at Rs.150.
