Refund - Returns Policy

At SoulWorks, everything made with love should be loved. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

- Request within 7 days of delivery.
- A ₹150 reverse pickup & processing fee applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- International orders are non-refundable.
- Address changes are chargeable at ₹150.

The refund/exchange process can be availed only once per order.

Once an exchange item has been dispatched, no further returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the exchanged item.

All exchanges are processed only after photo/video confirmation with the customer. The exchange item will be dispatched only after the customer has reviewed the confirmation and provided approval.

Once the customer approves the photo/video confirmation, the exchange is considered final.

Exchanges & Store Credit

- Exchange for another product or opt for store credit with lifetime validity, redeemable online or offline.

Sale Items

- Sale purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

Manufacturing Defects

- Report defects within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
  - Shipping charges are non-refundable.
