  •  Returns, exchanges or refunds are not valid on BUY 2 GET1 or any festive offers that are above 25%.  

  • Shipping fee is non refundable.

Exchanges for a product of your choice can be done immediately or redeemed for a store credit with lifetime validity that can be redeemed at any time for a online or offline purchase.

You have upto 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate the Exchange, Returns & Refunds for any product, provided it's in an unused condition.

Manufacturing Defects:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours. We'll promptly replace the product for the same or any other product of your choice.

Condition of Returned Items:

For a successful exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
