Return shipping fee needs to be borne by the customer. Soul Works bears the fee for sending the fresh piece at a standard shipping cost of Rs. 100. Shipments must be sent in the same packing as received.

Incase of damage during transit.

Resolution : Soul Works takes full responsibility of product and processes a replacement of the same. Reversal and replacement shipping fee borne by Soul Works
