We believe in simplicity and transparency. That's why we offer a free reverse pickup and shipping of replacement ensuring a stress-free shopping experience for you. Please take note Soul Works has a no refund policy. Exchanges for a product of your choice can be done immediately or redeemed for a store credit with lifetime validity that can be redeemed at any time for a online or offline purchase.

Timeframe:

You have upto 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate the Exchange for any product, provided it's in an unused condition.

Sale Items:

Manufacturing Defects:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours. We'll promptly replace the product for the same or any other product of your choice.

Condition of Returned Items:

For a successful exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
